Duties Operate industrial press machinery used to manufacture recycled roofing boards Monitor conveyor systems and automated production equipment to maintain consistent material flow Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues involving PLC-controlled systems and production machinery Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs Load, unload, and transport recycled materials and finished products throughout the facility Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety standards are met Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all company safety policies Communicate effectively with maintenance, warehouse, and production teams to minimize downtime Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe manufacturing operations Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed Experience Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial production environments preferred Knowledge of conveyor systems, hydraulics, and heavy industrial machinery Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated manufacturing processes Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency Forklift experience or certification preferred Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
