Job Description

EPITEC Role:
General Clerk II - Support (1st Shift)
Location:
Dubuque, IA (Onsite)
Pay:
$23.50/hr
Duration:
12-month contract-option to go internal or convert No visa sponsorship available We're partnering with a top manufacturing client to hire a General Clerk II - Support to support factory operations and organization efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, data tracking, and hands-on operational support .
What You'll Be Doing:
Process documents, maintain records, and run reports Respond to customer inquiries and route complex issues Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies Support factory 5S initiatives , including audits and organization Create and maintain industrial signage, labels, and visual tools Manage inventory, supplies, and print room operations Use tools like Adobe Illustrator to design print layouts Maintain internal systems (including SharePoint)
What We're Looking For:
Strong clerical / administrative experience Attention to detail with data entry and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator preferred) Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting operations on the floor, I'd love to connect! #INDEPI #LI-VV1
