General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a General Production Worker who will perform various assembly and warehouse duties. This role involves working with saws, fitting assembly, crimper, assembly lathe, pressure tester, flush booth, and air-powered tools. The candidate will prepare assembled products for shipment to customers, conduct cycle counting, and perform physical inventory tasks. You will be cross-trained throughout the warehouse and production areas. Responsibilities Perform assembly and warehouse duties including using saws, crimpers, and assembly lathes. Operate pressure testers and flush booths while using air-powered tools. Prepare assembled products for shipment to customers. Conduct cycle counting and physical inventory tasks. Use basic computer programs and interpret product prints. Utilize measuring devices such as calipers and tapes. Record assembly-related data on paperwork. Engage in movements including standing, bending, stooping, and twisting. Participate in cross-training throughout warehouse and production areas. Assist in hose fabrication, kitting of parts, and crimping. Work in solvent flush room, ID center, and cut hoses as needed. Essential Skills Completion of high school or GED education. Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently. 6+ months of experience in labor or manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments. Familiarity with kitting, forklift operation, and hose fabrication. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
