Herschel Parts is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will help manufacture high-quality agricultural parts in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, inspect, and package parts to specifications Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or production experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and work ethic Willingness to learn and follow direction Reliable attendance and punctuality
