6:00am-4:30pm Now hiring Production Machine Operators in the Mt. Vernon area! Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling products, and performing quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous production experience preferred, but training is provided. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Production Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to company procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues promptly
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Assemble components and perform basic finishing tasks, including trimming, deburring, and polishing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets
• Participate in training and skill development to improve knowledge of manufacturing processes

Production Machine Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Equipment used includes production machinery, hand tools, measuring devices, and basic finishing tools
• Overtime may be required based on production demands
• Closed-toe shoes required; appropriate work attire; PPE provided as needed
• On-the-job training provided, including equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards
