Production Positions - Hiring Immediately! 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts Available $18/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential A well-established manufacturing facility in the Orange City, IA area is seeking dependable production workers to join its fast-paced, hands-on team. These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying busy, and being part of a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Work with materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass Assist with molding, trimming, finishing, and assembly Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Rotate between production areas as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support production efficiency and overall team workflow Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Ability to follow written instructions Team-oriented communication skills High school diploma or GED required Pay & Benefits $18/hr + $2/hr shift differential (2nd shift) Weekly pay every Friday Direct deposit or paycard options available Paid holidays and PTO (based on hours worked) Medical coverage options available Apply online, call, or stop by today!
