Another perk is that most positions offer a sign on bonus! About the Role We re looking for an experienced Production Lead Specialist to support daily manufacturing operations. This role helps guide production, supports team members, and steps in for the supervisor when needed. What You ll Do Help coordinate daily production and workflow Support the team and provide training and guidance Set up and operate machines and equipment Troubleshoot problems and help resolve issues Track production and maintain records Assist with scheduling, materials, and staffing when needed Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Ensure quality standards are met Help maintain tools, equipment, and supplies Step in for the supervisor when they are out Maintain forklift certification Complete required safety training (crane/hoist) What You Need High school diploma/GED or 4-5 years of related experience Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes Ability to read measurements and technical drawings Basic math skills (percentages, area, volume) Leadership skills and ability to support a team Problem-solving and decision-making skills Communication Skills Read and follow instructions Communicate clearly with team members Work well with others and stay flexible
