• Mill position available at a company in Wilton, IA. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production
• Mill Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Set up and operate machines to cut, shear, bend, and straighten steel.
• Measure pieces using micrometers to ensure they meet specifications and check completed work for defects.
• Use an overhead crane to move product to and from shipping and receiving areas (training provided).
• Feed steel through a cleaning machine known as a shot blaster. Production

• Mill Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
• Bend and crouch occasionally throughout the shift.
• Push and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally throughout the shift.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must have 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read a tape measure; micrometer use preferred but training provided.
