$40.00 - $50.00 per hr.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical authority on semiconductor facility construction, including cleanrooms and high-purity systems. Provide strategic guidance and industry best practices to define and standardize construction business processes. Partner with design, engineering, and project teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with technical writers/trainers to document, review, and secure approval of end-to-end business processes. Support development of training and onboarding materials aligned to approved processes. Participate in QA/QC reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while staying current on industry trends and regulations.
Requirements:
10+ years construction; 5+ in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing Expertise in cleanrooms, HVAC, electrical, and high-purity systems Knowledge of
SEMI, IEST, OSHA
standards Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
Procore, BIM 360, Primavera P6, ACC Self-driven; able to lead SME sessions, document processes, and travel between sites
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience with global semiconductor clients or EPC firms Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30, LEED AP)
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
