Job Description

Production Operator 1 Shift at Adecco US, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Adecco is hiring a Production Operator for an electronics manufacturer in Boise, ID. Operators are responsible for performing a variety of product assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and material/component processing tasks to meet production schedule requirements while maintaining high quality standards. Pay starts at $17/hr. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Essential Functions + Safely and efficiently meet all assigned production requirements by following instructions. + Troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, seeking guidance when necessary. + Produce products that meet the highest quality standards in accordance with standard procedures. + Perform visual inspections throughout the production process to identify defects such as damaged parts, incorrect component orientation, missing components, or incorrect part insertion. + Conduct initial testing to ensure product conformity. + Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including workstations, equipment, walkways, and common areas, by following 5S practices. + Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives. + Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. + Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. + Ability to read and understand written instructions, follow verbal directions, and communicate clearly. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to work independently while also following direction. + Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and to sit or stand as required to perform essential job functions. + Reliable and punctual attendance required, with availability to work assigned shifts and required overtime. Desired Skills + Soldering experience. + Light assembly using hand tools.
Pay Details:
