We are looking for a team player to be a member of our Production and Manufacturing team. This team is responsible for making all of our products locally in our shop. It is a pretty unique skill so we plan to train you in the process. It is helpful for you to have construction experience like measuring and using power tools. And we also need you to have some solid basic math skills. More than anything we need someone with great attention to detail, integrity, a desire to produce really good work, stay on task and work quickly, solve problems, and work as part of a team. Things can get fast paced so having good time management skills and being able to prioritize tasks is a must. You will be on your feet moving around pretty much the entire day. We will provide skills training and opportunity to learn and grow. But we need you to show up prepared to be a positive influence, engaged in your work and in helping others, with an ability to solve problems, improve the environment around you, and create successful outcomes daily. Work Hours:

Typically 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (possibly later depending on amount of work that day)

Pay Scale:

Starts at $18.00/hr dependent upon experience.

Required Qualifications:

Construction experience preferred Time management and consistent attendance Organized and detail oriented work style Ability to be accurate in all things, measuring, building forms, following procedures Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment of 50lbs or more Work cohesively with all team members to produce quality products Honesty and integrity and a general desire to do good things for others and yourself
