Production Operator - Day Shift (Food Manufacturing) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to run a high‑volume production line in our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be fully trained to operate the entire line—from dough mixing to tortilla packaging—playing a key part in meeting production, quality, and safety goals. This position includes a tier‑based structure (T1, T2, T3) with increasing responsibility and rewards. Work Environment Premier SQF‑certified manufacturing facility located in Caldwell, Idaho Specializes in heat‑pressed, hand‑stretched flour and corn tortillas Produces approximately 5 million tortillas per day Employs over 300 full‑time team members Serves customers across the U.S. and internationally Uses high‑quality ingredients, proven formulations, and advanced manufacturing and freezing processes Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
