Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and equipment efficiently to produce crisp, wrinkle-free shirts and garments. Inspect clothing items for stains, damages, or irregularities before pressing, ensuring quality control. Handle dry cleaning processes for delicate fabrics, following safety and care instructions meticulously. Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and organizing garments for pickup or delivery. Provide friendly customer service by addressing client questions or special requests with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe and efficient environment. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during customer transactions. Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality garment finishes. Ability to stand for extended periods while operating pressing equipment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Knowledge of cleaning processes, fabric care, and dry cleaning techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
