Full Job Description Job Summary:

Coatings Plus is a well established powder coating and media blasting company looking for a production assistant to join our team. This is a hands on position where you'll learn the full production process from prepping and blasting to coating and quality control. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and expand your technical skills. If you are a detail oriented individual with a passion for hands on work, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging, and staging) Assist with powder coating and media blasting processes Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Load, unload, and move materials safely Assist with forklift operation (certification provided if needed) Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow quality standards and production procedures Requirements Reliable and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (warm and cool temperatures) Mechanical aptitude is a plus Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required Forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
