Production Specialist The Sticker Mafia•5.0 Meridian, ID Job Details Full-time $20•$40 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Design file preparation for print Adobe Illustrator Sign manufacturing Attention to detail Print production Quality control operations Full Job Description Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and proof print files before production Ensure colors, sizing, resolution, bleeds, and layouts are correct before printing Operate printers, laminators, plotters, and other production equipment Print, laminate, weed, mask, and prep graphics for installation Assist with vehicle wrap and signage production Identify and troubleshoot file or print issues before production begins Maintain consistent print quality and color matching Keep production workflow efficient and organized Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop Requirements Previous experience in a wrap, sign, print, or graphics production environment
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of print production and file setup Experience with Adobe Illustrator but FLEXI experience is preferred Knowledge of color matching, scaling, resolution, and bleed setup Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Pay & Benefits Pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the company Fast-paced and creative work environment Work with a team passionate about high-quality production
