In this role, you will operate heat press machinery to transfer designs onto various materials, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in manufacturing processes while contributing to the creation of premium products. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the production process. Responsibilities Set up and operate heat press machines, ensuring proper temperature, pressure, and timing for each job. Read and interpret layouts and other specifications to accurately execute designs. Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as needed for optimal results. Conduct quality control inspections to verify product specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with materials handling, including loading materials onto presses and packaging finished products for shipment. Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
