Nampa, ID Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler! You will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines. Responsibilities Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines to make PCB boards Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. Ensure adherence to production standards and goals. Follow detailed instructions and established policies and procedures. Participate in improvement initiatives and actively seek opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency. Essential Skills ITAR Facility Strong mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills, including navigation on programs, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional settings. Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good oral and written communication skills. Work Environment Work in a comfortable manufacturing environment with suitable lighting and moderate noise levels. Night shifts are available on both B and D schedules, offering flexibility. Candidates can sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, with standing required at times. Light industrial tasks involve lifting no more than 10-15 lbs., with metrics to achieve regarding assembly pieces. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.80
