Production Worker - General Worker

Champion Home Builders in Weiser, Idaho is seeking to hire a Production Worker to join our team and perform quality work to build manufactured housing. Do you have a passion for building? FLSA Status:

Non-exempt Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training; Ability to read a tape measure; Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50lbs; Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned Keeps area neat and clean Reads and use a tape measure Reads blue prints and orders Communicates well with coworkers Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools Must have a strong work ethic

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is 6:00 am

• 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday .

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.
