Role Summary:
Randstad USA is seeking a Coater Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Aurora, IL. This position is responsible for operating and supporting coating equipment while ensuring production quality, order accuracy, and efficient machine performance. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. ️
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum:
Manufacturing or quality environment experience preferred Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Basic math and measurement skills strong attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing High school diploma or GED required
Preferred:
Experience operating coating, converting, or packaging equipment Forklift experience or willingness to learn Familiarity with hand tools, floor jacks, cranes, saws, or knives
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs Exposure to elevated temperatures and moving equipment PPE and safety procedures required at all times
Compensation & Benefits:
