Competitive pay at $18.50 per hour Clean, organized, and temperature-controlled facility 30-minute paid lunch break Supportive team environment Long-term opportunity with room for growth Annual holiday party and employee appreciation events Yearly performance reviews with potential pay increases and bonus eligibility Job Type Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary or Temp-to-Hire — confirm before posting Job Duties As a 2nd Shift Line Lead , you will: Support the supervisor with daily production plans, line setup, teardown, and workflow Help ensure finished products meet quality and food safety standards Assist with labor planning, line adjustments, inventory, cycle counts, and production documentation Train and support team members while maintaining a clean and organized work area Use Excel, PackManager, and a company-issued tablet for attendance, production tracking, and reporting Schedule Monday through Friday, 1:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required. Flexibility for alternate shift coverage may also be needed. Pay $18.50 per hour Requirements 1 or more years of Line Lead experience Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Bilingual English and Spanish skills required for training, communication, and team support — include only if truly required Physical Requirements Stand for most of the shift and lift up to 30 pounds Walk and move quickly along production lines Bend, stoop, reach, and stretch throughout the shift Allergen Notice Products manufactured at this facility may contain milk, soy, wheat, tree nuts, egg, sesame, mustard, and sulfites.
