Job Description
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Broadview, IL, is seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor / Production Associates to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Multiple positions and shifts are available.
Responsibilities:
Package and label finished food products according to production standards. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas. Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with machine operation and production line support as needed. Meet daily production goals and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and production environments.Available positions and shifts:
Day Shift Machine Operator:
Monday- Thursday 5:30a.m.
- 4p.
Pay Rate:
$18/hr.Day Shift Box Stacker:
Monday 6a.m.- 4p.m., Tuesday
- Thursday 4a.m.
- 4p.
Pay Rate:
17/hr.Night Box Stacker:
Monday- Wednesday 4p.m.
- 1:15a.m. & Thursday 4p.m.
- 6:15a.
Pay Rate:
$17.85/hr.Night Machine:
Monday- Wednesday 4p.m.
- 1:15a.m. & Thursday 4p.m.
- 6:15a.
Pay Rate:
$18.85/hr.Weekend Sit-Down Forklift:
Friday- Sunday 6a.m.
- 7:30p.
Pay Rate:
