Production Associate

Our client, a leader in Light Industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to quality and safety.

• 6:00 am to 2:30 pm What's the Job?

Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality standards Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow Rotate between different operations within work cells and departments as needed Prepare and maintain work records and communicate process issues to supervisors What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work Dependable transportation to and from work Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change What's in it for me?
