Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 10:30 PM, 2nd Shift What's the Job?
Perform assembly, test, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure product quality Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow Rotate between different operations within the work cell and department Notify supervisors of any process or method out of compliance What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED Hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing environments Dependable transportation to arrive on time for shifts Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and a positive attitude What's in it for me?
