Job Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely Follow production schedules and quality standards Perform basic machine adjustments and inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift, stand, and work throughout the shift Experience with press brake or laser machinery preferred for specialized roles Benefits Full-time hours Weekly pay Opportunity for growth Stable work schedule with 3-day weekends Apply today to join a growing manufacturing team in Carol Stream!
