We specialize in custom signage, apparel printing, vinyl graphics, and food truck wraps and much more. This role involves assisting with printing, production, customer service, and general shop maintenance. Ideal candidates are hardworking, organized, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Main vehicle wrap installer: will be taking on full truck projects. Assist with printing, cutting, laminating, and finishing jobs (custom signs, banners, decals, and vinyl graphics) Prepare materials and ensure print quality meets standards Help with apparel printing (heat press, vinyl application, screen print support) Support Food truck wrap installations (prep, measuring, assisting installers) Operate printers, plotters, laminators, and cutting machines Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics Prepare materials, take measurements, and ensure accuracy on all jobs Package completed orders and prepare for pickup or delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support team with general shop duties and production tasks

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and hands-on tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic computer skills (design software knowledge is a plus: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow within the company Spanish required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with vinyl cutting, weeding, and application Familiarity with large-format printing or sign production Previous experience in apparel printing or vehicle wraps Experience using heat press or laminating equipment

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
