SHIFT:

8hr schedule based on openings 1st shift 6am

• 2pm or 7am
• 3pm 2nd shift 2pm
• 10pm or 3pm
• 11pm 3rd shift 10pm
• 6am or 11pm
• 7am Work week Monday
• Friday with weekends scheduled on an as need basis Overtime and weekend work as needed.

Starting times and hours may vary depending on coverage due to report-offs and the production schedule especially during holidays. Good attendance and punctuality required.

JOB SUMMARY

Dough Prep & Handling :

Set up and monitor dough divider, moulder, and flour systems. Adjust cut-weights, straighten dough in pans, and remove defects. Feed pans and dough; lift up to 20 lbs.

Slicing & Bagging:

Operate slicers, wrappers, and Kwik-lok machines. Monitor bread quality, slice count, and packaging clarity. Conduct metal detector checks.

Packaging & Coding:

Set up coding machines, autocasers, and tape equipment. Ensure correct wrap and labeling. Record checkweigher and metal detector data.

Material Handling:

Organize and supply packaging materials using forklift/pallet jack. Position flour bins (up to 600 lbs) and fill sifters.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform basic maintenance (blade changes, lubrication). Report equipment issues and write work notifications. Assist with preventive maintenance.

General Support:

Clean work areas, assist other line roles, and follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, CTS, and SQF protocols.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $21.00. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
