Day shift only?? If so...please consider our opportunity! We are adding to our team, and we are looking for versatile candidates willing to cross-train and learn more than one assembly work cell. This is an entry-level position to start, with opportunity to grow as skills develop. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per specific defined process and defined time frame
• Read and comprehend engineering drawings, fabrication and process instructions (FPI), bill of materials (BOM), and other pre-established guidelines to perform specified functions and tests
• Package, label and put away of inspected sub-assemblies or finished goods to designated location
• Perform light material handling using pallet jack or cart
• Complete the pulling, identifying and delivering of assigned scheduled job orders to the work cells in a timely manner and to quality standards following the First In First Out (FIFO) inventory policy
• Use tools including: screwdrivers, pneumatic screw drivers, torque wrench, pliers, hammers, drills, and arbor press
• Work with machinery including: rivet machines, drill press, cover machine, nameplate press
• Have basic electrical familiarity and point to point wiring Mechanical aptitude is important, as well as dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.

Should be able to lift 40-50 lbs. Lifting is not constant. High attention to detail is very important. High School diploma or GED required.

Shift:

6:00am to 2:30pm FT (40 hours a week)
