Job Description
Fragrance Production + Fulfillment Assistant Job Summary Join our growing fragrance production and packaging team, where you'll create, assemble, package, and ship high quality scented products. This hands on role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed production work, organization, fulfillment, and helping operations run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play an important role in supporting daily production, receiving inventory, preparing wholesale orders, and maintaining an efficient workflow in a fast paced small batch manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and consistent who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and follow through. Responsibilities Produce and prepare orders Label, pack, and assemble fragrance and beauty products Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and components Prepare shipments for dispatch with accurate labeling and documentation Print shipping labels and pack orders accurately and on time Help maintain inventory organization and workflow efficiency Maintain clean and organized workstations, warehouse areas, and packing stations Support day to day warehouse, production, and fulfillment operations Follow established procedures and quality standards during production and assembly The Right Person Reliable and consistent attendance is extremely important Detail oriented and organized Comfortable with repetitive production and assembly tasks Works efficiently and stays focused Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines Notices problems and communicates proactively Enjoys hands on work and operational support Works well independently and as part of a small team Bonus Experience Ecommerce fulfillment Shopify or ShipStation Warehouse or inventory management Small batch manufacturing or assembly work Production, packing, or shipping experience Fragrance, beauty, or cosmetic industry experience Schedule Part time Monday-Friday (10-4 / 9-3 / 8-2) Hours may vary slightly depending on production schedules and seasonal demand. Important This role plays a critical part in helping our wholesale and fulfillment operations run smoothly.
