Wholesale Production + Fulfillment Assistant Glenview, IL | Part Time We're a growing small batch fragrance + beauty company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Wholesale Production + Fulfillment Assistant to help support our wholesale production and shipping operations. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive production work, organization, fulfillment, and helping operations run smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and consistent who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and follow through. Responsibilities Produce and prepare wholesale orders Label, pack, and assemble products Print wholesale shipping labels Pack and ship wholesale orders accurately and on time Help maintain inventory organization and workflow Maintain clean and organized workstations Support day to day warehouse and fulfillment operations The Right Person Reliable and consistent attendance is extremely important Detail oriented and organized Comfortable with repetitive production tasks Works efficiently and stays focused Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines Notices problems and communicates proactively Enjoys hands on work and operational support Works well independently and as part of a small team Bonus Experience Ecommerce fulfillment Shopify or ShipStation Warehouse or inventory experience Small batch manufacturing or assembly work Production or packing experience Schedule Part time Monday-Friday Hours may vary slightly depending on production schedule. Important This role plays a critical part in helping our wholesale operations run smoothly.
