If you've run equipment in manufacturing (especially dusty/hot environments), stay calm under pressure, and take food safety seriously, I want to talk to you. We're moving fast because these are urgent orders and the site likes to meet candidates first. Spanish speakers are welcome as long as you can understand some conversational English. What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate production equipment like sifters, airlocks, rollers, and peripheral systems to hit run rates and specs
  • Perform hourly checks on equipment and flow rates
  • Inspect/clean cyclones and bag filters each hour and keep systems running without blockage
  • Check/clean process magnets, log checks, and report unusual findings
  • Write maintenance requests in the work order system; help troubleshoot motors/equipment as needed
  • Handle spouting/leaks (basic fixes), follow SOPs, and communicate equipment issues to production
  • Collect product samples and support quality adjustments based on QC feedback
  • Maintain strong housekeeping (dust control matters), follow GMPs, report safety/near misses Who This Role Is Great For You'll be a strong match if you:
  • Have 2-3+ years of recent machine operator/production experience (strongly preferred)
  • Are comfortable in hot, dusty manufacturing environments and can stay focused
  • Understand GMPs/food safety and can follow procedures without shortcuts
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs as needed, and stay on your feet all shift
  • Measuring tools (calipers/mics) are a plus, not required Why People Stick With This Role
