Most opportunities are long-term assignments designed to fill open production line positions, with occasional short-term projects (1¿2 day container loads or special projects lasting a few weeks). Duties:

Fabrication + Operate in a production-based manufacturing environment + Work independently and stay self-motivated + Follow work instructions and safety procedures + Maintain productivity and quality standards + Ideal for experienced candidates who are self-starters and work well independently. .

Position Requirements:

Finishing + Assembly-style, fast-paced production work + Strong attention to detail and quality control + Team-based work environment + Lift up to 50 lbs regularly + Cabinets weigh up to 100 lbs (moved on rolling carts + Lift and position painting brackets up to 30 lbs + Requires precision, focus, and a strong eye for detail. PPE Requirements + Steel or composite toe shoes (required) + OSHA•approved safety glasses (clear lenses only; no tint) + No Bluetooth earbuds + All additional PPE provided onsite

Requirements:

Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED .
