Production Associate Description We are seeking dependable, hardworking Production Associates to support our Fabrication and Finishing departments. Most opportunities are long-term assignments designed to fill open production line positions, with occasional short-term projects (1-2 day container loads or special projects lasting a few weeks). Successful associates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 1st

Finishing Assembly-style, fast-paced production work Strong attention to detail and quality control Team-based work environment Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Cabinets weigh up to 100 lbs (moved on rolling carts Lift and position painting brackets up to 30 lbs Requires precision, focus, and a strong eye for detail. PPE Requirements Steel or composite toe shoes (required) OSHA-approved safety glasses (clear lenses only; no tint) No Bluetooth earbuds All additional PPE provided onsite Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.80•$18.40 per hour.
