A day in this role Your day begins on first shift at 7:00 a.m. You'll review work orders, stage components, and make sure each item is packaged, labeled, and documented accurately. You'll drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move loads, unload incoming deliveries, and load outbound vehicles. You'll deliver parts to local vendors, perform cycle counts to keep inventory accurate, and work around sawing, turning, and grinding operations while completing production forms and updating our ERP system. You'll wrap it up at 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, knowing you kept production moving. What you'll do Package and label products with complete, correct information. Deliver parts to local vendors; receive and store incoming product correctly. Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, power pallet jacks, trucks). Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently. Perform periodic cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Read, interpret, and complete production paperwork and forms. Support operations near sawing, turning, and grinding equipment. Schedule and pay 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m

Starting pay based on experience:
$17.50
- 19 per hour Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude with solid shop math skills. Able to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately. Clear, professional communication with teammates, suppliers, and leadership. Valid driver's license and insurance (required for local deliveries). Experience in a manufacturing setting; able to meet physical requirements. Proficient in shipping/receiving and packaging best practices.
