Job Description:

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the press based upon instructions provided.
• Work with press crew to ensure each job is produced to customer specifications, meeting internal and external deadlines.
• Report the status of projects and any issues of machinery to the head press operator.
• Read and understand job tickets and verify that stock matches job specs on ticket before loading press.
• Transfer paper to and from machinery using industrial trucks or hand trucks.
• Monitor paper as it runs through the press and make adjustments to the operations to prevent paper jams.
• Assists in performing routine maintenance on the press with the press team members as required.
• Follow all safety policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience as a Press Feeder
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as with a crew/team

Work Experience:

2+ years related experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Education:
