We are currently staffing for a manufacturing client seeking a Level 1 Production Operator to play a key role in maintaining equipment performance and supporting a smooth, efficient production process.

Shift Details Shift Hours:

5:00 AM - 1:30

PM Overtime:

Frequent overtime available, including weekends

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance to minimize downtime Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors Maintain accurate production records and logs Assist with material handling and inventory management Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
