Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes while adhering to safety standards and quality specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to a dynamic production environment where precision and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment including stamping presses, press brake machines, etc Monitor machine operations closely, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance and product quality. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs. Handle materials safely and efficiently, including materials handling with forklifts when necessary, ensuring smooth workflow on the assembly line and fabrication areas. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses within a manufacturing facility. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T principles, CAD design software like SolidWorks or similar tools. Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments accurately for quality control purposes. Knowledge of safety protocols related to factory environments including forklift operation certification is preferred. Mechanical aptitude with experience in fabrication, welding, tooling setup, and materials handling. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations involved in machining processes. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
