In this role, you will support the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-notch quality standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Reports directly to the Operations Manager for all daily duties

Shift Hours:

2:00pm - 10:30pm

Daily Duties:

• Labeling, packaging, blending and assembling orders for pick up and shipping
• Cleaning production area and equipment at end of each day
• Alerting Operations Manager when items need to be ordered with enough time to order and receive products in without running out
• Minimizing mistakes and providing recommendations for better processes
• Occasional assistance with counting of monthly inventory
• Operation of coffee filler, grinder and coffee pod equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs.

Continuing Duties:

• Monthly inventory for TBCR items as instructed by the Operations Manager
• QA input for coffee and tea/cupping coffee with team on bi-weekly basis
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation protocols such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or food production environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Knowledge of sanitation practices, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards is highly advantageous.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
