Production Shift Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $17.40 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm) Lead and support production employees during the shift to meet safety, quality, and production goals Communicate with supervisors and other leads regarding schedules, issues, and shift transitions Train and support operators on standard work instructions, quality requirements, and processes Monitor production, perform quality checks, and assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise Ensure work areas are organized, materials are available, and paperwork is completed accurately

Production Shift Lead Qualifications:

Manufacturing or production experience, with previous lead or trainer experience preferred Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Ability to communicate clearly, follow standard work instructions, and support team accountability Comfortable using basic production systems, paperwork, and quality documentation Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
