Albion, IN & Avilla, IN Responsibilities:
Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported Maintain equipment and work areas Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles. Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader. Maintain equipment and work areas Advocates for safety practices to the rest of the production staff Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions, maintenance or safety issues Checks the finished product for problems or faults and isolates any damaged or inconsistent item immediatelyRequirements:
Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred Must have the ability to lift up to 15 pounds Must be able to pass a background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
