Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Custom Motorhome Production Worker! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of building high-quality, customized motorhomes that bring adventure and comfort to our customers. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help ensure each motorhome is built with precision and care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the creation of exceptional motorhomes. Duties Operate various hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to assist in the assembly and customization of motorhomes Follow detailed work orders and blueprints to accurately assemble different components of the motorhome structure and interior Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Assist with the installation of mechanical systems, including electrical wiring, plumbing, flooring, gas lines, carpentry, and HVAC components Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks to meet production goals efficiently Skills Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with hands-on assembly work Mechanical knowledge to understand and execute complex assembly procedures Experience operating power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to vehicle or custom product assembly Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
