You ensure parts are correctly placed, documented, tracked, and packaged with precision.

Your impact includes:

Verifying job documentation and production instructions Accurately placing customer parts on plating racks Inspecting parts for quality and defects Scanning and tracking work through our ERP system Maintaining part traceability and accurate labeling Supporting production efficiency and customer satisfaction Following line-specific work instructions Keeping your work area clean and organized (5S mindset) This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and detail-oriented. Safety is Non-Negotiable We operate in a chemical and plating environment. Safety training is mandatory and ongoing, including: Hazard Communication PPE Training Spill Response Back Safety Fire Extinguisher Safety We don't cut corners — and we don't expect you to either. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow detailed instructions Comfortable in a production environment Basic computer/scanning ability Team-first mindset Strong attendance and reliability Most importantly — we're looking for attitude and drive.
