Job Description

Applied Laboratories, Inc. is a family-owned company located in Columbus Indiana. For more than 40 years we have specialized in developing, manufacturing and packaging over-the-counter health care products for customers across the U.S. and abroad. The pharmaceutical industry continues to expand creating new job opportunities within our company. We are currently looking for a 3rd shift Production Operator .
Responsiblities:
Read Batch Record and follow instructions throughout manufacturing process Pull components to the manufacturing line and prepare for production run Ensure components match what is required by the batch record (item number/name matches) Ensure components are released for use (green tagged) and identification follows components throughout line usage including return to warehouse after use Ensure proper documentation of component usage Follow filling equipment procedures and batch record to fill product to specifications. Communicate and troubleshoot issues with maintenance, engineering and line lead/supervisor Appropriate documentation of line down time, scrap and output as requested by line lead Operate pallet jacks Inspect products to ensure it meets specification Line clearance Cleaning of filling suites and surrounding areas Proper PPE, cleanliness and documentation of all activities as trained Other tasks as assigned and trained Skills and Qualifications Extreme attention to detail Ability to follow instructions exactly Team-oriented Commitment to following company policies and guidelines Production Operator (3rd Shift) 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 3240 N Indianapolis Rd, Columbus, IN 47201 Applied Laboratories, Inc. 28 reviews Applied Laboratories, Inc. is a family-owned company located in Columbus Indiana.
