Production Associate- Level 1

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

A level 1 production associate position is the entry level position. The objective of this position is to develop a solid understanding of the basic requirements of the production process and demonstrate these requirements at an acceptable level of performance. Development of a strong skills base is required to move to the next production associate level.

Essential Functions:

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all functions of 1 zone on the production line.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in completion of all production documentation.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Work Environment:

• Indoor work is required.
• Working conditions can change based on seasons.

Physical Demands:

Lifting of up to 50lbs on a daily basis.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

• 40 hours per week with potential for overtime .

Travel:

No travel is required for this position.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
