Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our manufacturing processes through hands-on fabrication, assembly, and materials handling. Your expertise will help ensure the production of durable, high-precision components that meet our strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move raw materials and finished products within the facility Use hand tools, power tools, and paint sprayers to assemble, fabricate, or repair metal components Support fabrication activities by cutting, welding, grinding, or assembling metal parts with accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and crane systems for materials handling Strong mechanical knowledge across manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and precision measuring instruments Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency Warehouse experience with inventory management and materials organization Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments accurately Join us at Crystal Industries where your skills will make an immediate impact!
