Summary:
Operate die-cutting, printing, welding, and testing equipment Assist with assembly, inspection, and quality control throughout the manufacturing process Work in a detail-oriented environment ensuring all products meet strict specifications
Responsibilities:
Cut plastic sheets to precise dimensions using a die-cut machine Run materials through printing lines using conductive ink and verify print quality via computer testing Weld red and black wires to designated areas using automated and manual welding tools, followed by UV curing Assemble components, including bonding clear and black sheets with high accuracy and no contaminants Perform final inspections using computerized testing to identify defects before shipment
Requirements:
Work Experience:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical specifications Comfortable working with small parts, tools, and machines Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands for delicate assembly tasks Ability to stand for extended periods and meet productivity/quality standards Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen Expected hours: 40 per week
