We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Employee to join our team! As a Production Employee, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard. You'll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high-quality results and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities:

Picking Line - Sort scrap to upgrade & remove nonconforming items Clean any spillage from conveyors using both mobile equipment and hand tools. Maintain Mobile and Fixed Equipment All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
