This position is a great fit for someone with hands-on folding and gluing experience who takes pride in quality work, has strong mechanical ability, and enjoys working in a team environment. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Responsibilities Set up and operate fold and glue equipment Read and follow job tickets, layouts, and production instructions Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Make machine adjustments to ensure proper folding, gluing, alignment, and finished product quality Monitor production to identify and correct issues during the run Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Help meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Qualifications Prior fold and glue experience required Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills Ability to read measurements, job tickets, and production specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others Positive attitude and willingness to cross-train on additional equipment Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production/manufacturing environment What We Offer Steady full-time daytime schedule Monday-Friday workweek Clean and professional work environment Hands-on manufacturing setting Opportunities to learn and train on additional equipment Long-term growth potential with a skilled and supportive team Apply Today If you have fold and glue experience and are looking for a steady, hands-on position with a growing manufacturing team, we'd love to hear from you.
