We are searching for qualified Welder's Helpers to assist welder with positioning, aligning, and fitting together pipelines for natural gas distribution.
Main Responsibilities:
Hold and position pipe to assist in layout. Place and move blocking, braces, and jigs to hold parts. Hammer wedges and drift pins, and turn turnbuckles. Pull pry bars to align parts. Grind or chip rough edges, surplus weld, or scale. Transport and furnish welder with materials, tools, and supplies. Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Current DOT physical At least one month related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Preferred Qualifications:
