Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions. Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets. Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations. Perform other duties as assigned We offer competitive pay and great benefits to support your career and life outside of work:

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment. Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day. Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
