Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions. Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets. Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements:

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment. Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day. Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
