Starting Pay :

84/hour + $1.50 shift premium for off shifts Day-one benefits eligibility for PTO and holiday pay Stable safety-focused team, low turnover Dedicated trainers to help you succeed What you'll do Reading and interpreting production orders to determine priorities and specifications Setting up and operating re-spooling equipment Monitoring wire winding to ensure even, accurate spooling and making adjustments as needed Performing cleaning processes using Hot Alkaline or Ultrasonic systems (as applicable) Conducting eddy current testing to identify defects in wire materials Visually inspecting wire to ensure quality standards are met and labeling and packaging finished materials accurately What we're looking for 1 year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred Mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Voluntary overtime only
